A worn out proverb, I know.

But if you really think about it…

It’s true.

For example:

If you hit the gym and drip buckets of sweat 5x per week, there’s a good chance you’ll resemble something of a Greek god in mere months. On the flip-side, if you only do this 1x per week, well…

Let’s just say Zac Efron isn’t going to be staring back at you in the mirror.

Same thing with email marketing.

Mail your list just one time per week?

Don’t expect fat deposits to enter your bank account often.

Mail your list 5-7 times per week?

Get yourself ready for fan mail, trolls, and a stack of Benjamins calling your bank “home”.

Again, you get what you give.

But I also understand that producing 5-7 emails per week is a serious undertaking. Not just in time… but also in munny, if you hire an email copywriter on an ongoing basis. While I’d argue that if the copywriter was good, you should be making way more scratch than what you’re paying him or her, or “them” (in case they happen to be non-binary)…

It’s still a commitment.

But there is another way of putting together this many emails over the coming weeks/months without the ongoing commitment.

… Autoresponders, baby.

The beautiful thing about these smoking guns is that you get to choose how many emails you want to start with.

You can always add more emails later on.

But if I had to crown the best perk of autoresponders?

It would be their ability to “set and forget”.

Put in the work once and boom…
